Your account

When you sign in with Google we receive and store your name, email address and Google account id — nothing else (we only request the openid email profile scopes). We use them to identify you, to email you about your access requests, and nothing else.

Your API requests

Prompts and answers of normal (synchronous) API calls are not stored. For each request we keep metadata only: which project, which model, when, how long it took and how many tokens it used — for usage statistics and limits, kept for 90 days.

Asynchronous jobs (/v1/jobs) must be stored until they run; their request and result are deleted 7 days after the job finishes.

Inference runs on our own hardware. No request is sent to a third-party AI provider.

The chat

Unlike API calls, chat conversations are stored — that is what keeps your history. They are visible only to you: there is no admin view of anyone's chats. Titles, messages, your custom system prompts and the automatic summaries of long conversations are encrypted in the database with a key of their own for each user, so a copy of the database or of its backups shows no conversation. The key lives on the same server, so this does not protect against someone who controls the running server. Deleting a conversation deletes it for good. Chat usage counts as tokens, like API usage.

Deletion

Ask the administrator to delete your account and its data at any time.
